Today, I started knitting a pair of white wool socks for my husband Howard. He wears a size 13EE.
In normal (instead of teeny-tiny sock size) stitches, that is roughly the equivalent of knitting a football stadium cozy.
That’s what love will do.

Don’t worry about having to ask Howard to keep giving you his foot so you can measure. Did you know that a person’s foot length is the same length as it is from their wrist to their elbow on the inside part of the arm? So if you need to measure, you can do it sans foot!
I know that this fascinating tidbit of true, but useless information, will keep you in stitches my sweet purl of a girl.
VERY cool tip!
